Grasim Industries, part of the Aditya Birla group, has announced a dividend payment of Rs 30 per share for the year ended March, 2010.

The company declared this in its annual general meeting held on Friday.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company's shares closed on Friday at Rs 2,081.6, down 2.55 per cent.
